At Nulu, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Below you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping and return policies.
Shipping information
Processing time
Orders placed before 22:00 are shipped the same day. We aim to process all orders within 1 business day. During peak times or special promotions, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping options
We work with trusted carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery. For orders within the Netherlands, DHL is our primary shipping partner for packages up to 10 kg, and PostNL is used for heavier shipments (+30 cans). In Belgium, we ship with PostNL, and for Germany, we use DHL.
Track & trace
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Delivery times
We currently only ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Estimated shipping times are:
Netherlands – 1 day
Belgium – 1–2 days
Germany – 2–3 days
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are €4.99 for the Netherlands and €5.99 for Belgium and Germany. We offer free shipping on all orders over €70.
We charge a small shipping fee to help cover part of the delivery costs — this allows us to keep our product prices fair while ensuring fast, reliable shipping to your door. You’ll see the total shipping cost clearly at checkout before completing your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nulu purchase.
If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for unopened products with undamaged plastic packaging, and must be returned in the original condition.
Please note: returns are only accepted in the original ordered quantities (full 6-pack, 12-pack or 24-pack, not individual cans).
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items and confirm that they meet our return criteria, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return costs are non-refundable.
